ONLINE SURGERY IS THE WAY TO GET YOUR BROKEN KINETIC CHAIN FIXED; THE BIGGEST SECRET THAT YOU NEED

Do not we all get tempted by this booming idea of building some kind of online business and becoming just rich enough so that we do not have to slave for our leading corporate country of the free world? I personally dream about my blog eventually bringing me at least enough money to have a cup of coffee so that I can have enough drug in my blood to give me some more creative ideas. What a beautiful concept for some and reality for others to make good money while using only a laptop!

There is nothing wrong with our desire to become financially independent and be our own boss. After all, we live in the world of online everything. It is a nature of the civilized population to strive for comfort and convenience. And nothing satisfies this need better for both a producer and a consumer than an online world. Unfortunately, I get quite discouraged by some of the industries that promote an online business formula that supposedly can help one to make money by selling their product. One of those industries is the fitness industry. As an ACE certified professional, and a Social Dance teacher, I find an online approach in these industries absurd. Although, it is true that being a traditional movement or fitness coach is not something that one should expect will buy him/her a house in Beverly Hills or West Chester, still one can hope that opening an online coaching can lead to at least a condo someplace close by.

However, one should think twice before buying or offering online personalized training sessions in this business realm.

One should seriously consider the fact that in order for someone to truly understand the mechanics of the body and to develop the correct proprioception in order to become self efficient enough to maintain the proper alignment of the body (kinetic chain), it is essential to have a session or two of hands on approach to at least let your client experience what it feels like to have her/his body aligned correctly before giving them all the best exercises you have so meticulously researched and studied. I write this because of my personal frustration. Almost every week I have a client who comes to me with some kind of injury because he/she "thought [I] knew how to do basic body exercises and an online coaching seemed very convenient". I am sorry to say it but there is no such a thing as a basic body exercise. Every movement that requires your whole kinetic chain to move is a complex process of hundreds and hundreds adjustments of muscles, ligament, bones, and many other elements of your body. And here is the best part, 99.9% of the population does not even know how to walk correctly. That's why, to all the online coaches out there who sell their packages that I am sure are very "personalized", think twice before you do it. Business is business. We all know that. However, making money by first properly educating your client what to expect and what not to expect from your services is the true formula of the honorable businessman that values his/her client's investment. Especially, when it comes to improving their overall life quality through teaching the proper movement techniques and developing other healthy body habits.

I strongly encourage both trainers and clients to have an open conversation before striking a deal to develop a personalized online program. My personal advice is to always recommend a knowledgeable professional for at least your first 10-20 sessions. After that, a client might have enough knowledge and experience to perform certain basic exercises on his/her own with less risk for injury.

And here is the biggest secret that I promised to reveal: the things that you think you see a well trained movement coach, dance teacher, or fitness professional do are not the things that they actually do.

And alas, I do not think I would be able to do them if I simply kept watching my dance,Pilates, martial arts, and fitness coaches do them online without ever coming to me and adjusting a few things or saying a few words to ME.

You see people jump, squat, crunch, and jump again to get ripped. I guess you know how to work out and need to just start promoting yourself as a fitness professional.

I witness Al Pacino scream loudly at his wife, cry with no tears , stare intensely at his brother, and dye alone not so peacefully on the chair in The Godfather trilogy. Well, I guess now I can say I took film acting lessons from Al Pacino and know how to do basic acting on camera.

I just need to start auditioning or coaching people to act.

Why did I even bother taking acting classes and asking for feedback from my acting teachers ad film directors?

I am not going to even mention the importance of the whole idea of human interaction here. It is so not relevant in these days.
